The ingredient of Soup diet

  1. 1 bunch shallots, thinly sliced
  2. 1 bunch celery, leaves included, finely sliced
  3. 3 small green capsicum, finely chopped
  4. 3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  5. 4 large carrots, finely chopped
  6. 300g green beans, trimmed, chopped
  7. 30g packet Vegetable Soup mix
  8. 2 cups (500ml) water
  9. 3 cups (750ml) Massel chicken style liquid stock
  10. 2 x 810g cans crushed tomatoes

The instruction how to make Soup diet

  1. Combine ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
