  1. 1 1/2 litres water
  2. 1kg butternut pumpkin, diced
  3. 2 medium potatoes, diced
  4. 3 cloves garlic
  5. 2 Massel vegetable stock cubes
  6. 300ml cooking cream

The instruction how to make Easy pumpkin soup

  1. Bring the 1.5 litres of water to the boil.
  2. Place diced pumpkin and potato in the boiling water.
  3. Add garlic and stock cubes and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  4. Blend soup and return to pan, add cooking cream and stir.
  5. Gently reheat and serve.
